It’s no secret that networking is key in one’s job search, especially considering the presence of social media and other networking platforms. It is of paramount importance, but it can be a lot more difficult than just sending a request to connect on LinkedIn.
As far as activities go, it’s hard to find one more extroverted than “networking.” This can pose a challenge for those of us who approach life from a more introverted, introspective point of view. That being said, networking is still a very important and useful tool to be utilized by all– introverts included.
