When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.


When working toward a certain goal or desired outcome, you can easily become discouraged or fear rejection and failure to the point where you feel pressure to lower your goal expectations in order to avoid those potential negative feelings. When you begin to feel this way, or start to sense yourself moving toward a lesser goal– pause, evaluate, and try adjusting the steps to achieve said goal rather than changing the goal in its entirety.

Anything is possible with a great entrepreneurial spirit and ability modify one’s plan to reach success.
