Feel Good Friday: Resilience
Happy Friday! As we close out the week, remind yourself that you’ve already made it this far. Throughout this week and throughout your life, you’ve been building up skills to help yourself become more and more resilient–the methods we’ve highlighted this week just serve as concrete ways to develop what’s already there, and to help you view resilience as something that you can actively work on rather than a passive part of your identity. The sayings we’ve selected for today’s Feel Good Friday will help you focus on all of the above:

- “I have an enormous capacity for re-building, restoring and transcending.”
- “You are stronger than you think.”
You have what it takes to get through these uncertain times. Use these current moments amidst what might feel like a slower period to cultivate your own resiliency. It’s okay to take time to focus on yourself in that way! Dedicating time to building up your resilience can only benefit you during these unprecedented circumstances and beyond.
