Thoughtful Thursday: Joy
Happy holidays from us to all of you! No matter what you’re celebrating at this time of year, we can all find happiness in our daily lives. After all, the darkest night of the year has already passed! And whether you’re far from home or live just around the corner from it, you can always find community in your colleagues. To help keep the season bright, we’ve assembled these three affirmations for you today:
- “Today, I will find joy in where I am.”
- “My happiness is one of the greatest gifts I can give.”
- “I allow the joy and bliss of the holiday season fill my home and my heart.”
Let yourself be happy. If this time of year is sad or stressful for you, know first that you’re not alone. Make sure to take a moment for yourself–you can always find little things to appreciate amongst your surroundings. And we appreciate you!
