Our Hospital client in Boston is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a department. This is initially a contract role with the potential to go perm.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains workflow by studying methods.
- Answers phones and directs calls to the appropriate party.
- Greets, escorts and directs visitors.
Qualifications and Skills (include but are not limited to):
- Associates degree (Bachelors Preferred)
- Prior Administrative experience prefered.
- Shows patience and courtesy when dealing with people.
