Our Hospital client in Boston is looking for an Administrative Assistant with solid computer skills attention to detail.  This is a contract role.  Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
  • Filing and faxing
  • Answering incoming phone  calls
  • Assisting with onboarding
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings
  • Email correspondence through Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
  • Data entry 
  • Must be professional and well spoken
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
  • Solid understanding of MS Office programs (Word in particular)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • BA/BS in any field
