Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supports mid-level managers.
- Performs routine administrative duties.
- Placing, receiving and routing telephone calls and e-mail inquiries.
- Receiving and directing visitors.
- Draft correspondence and perform filing, faxing, scanning documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide backup coverage to other desks as needed.
- B.A./B.S. (any field)
- Intermediate computer skills including word processing, email, and spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel)
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of common office equipment (phones, fax, postage machine, copier, PC, etc.)
