Our Government Agency client in Boston is looking for an Administrative Assistant with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to support their administrative functions. This is a contract role. Must exhibit discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating and monitoring administrative operations and activities
- Providing support of assigned boards
- Processing of licensing applications on behalf of Multi-Board
- Communicates effectively orally and in writing by answering emails and phone calls
- Maintains records and files; engages in data entry
- Coordinate meetings and manage events
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of software applications with strong computer skills
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced work environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
- Project management skills
- BA/BS in any field
