Our University Client in Boston is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist one of their busy departments. This is a contract role with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support for small-to-mid size office
  • Answer multiple busy phone lines; greet and direct any visitors
  • Handle numerous filing, faxing, and mailing projects as assigned
  • Draft written correspondence
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Generate reports using Word and Excel
  • Order and maintain office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of MS Office programs (Excel and Word)
  • Very strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively with a team
  • BA/BS
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
