Our expanding healthcare client in Boston is looking for an Administrative/Data Analyst to join their team. They are looking for someone extremely detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with plenty of excel experience. This is a contract role with the potential to go perm and is 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Collate, clean, and organize datasets from various sources using excel and other data management tools Hubspot
- Use Google and other sources to find and vet healthcare provider contact info
- Conduct tasks to carefully track, organize and move files between systems
- Perform regular audits for compliance
- Carry out intermittent analyses on patterns, issues, trends and present them effectively
Qualifications and Skills
- BA or BS
- Adept with computers and technology (and learn new programs easily)
- Can perform data entry, manipulation, and analyses using excel
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for good, clean data and organization
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Experience with Healthcare data is a plus
