Job description

Our small business client in Boston is looking for Business Development/Administrative Assistant to join their office to assist their principal.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support to principal 
  • Carryout business development task and projects as assigned
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for staff
  • Making outgoing calls to existing and interested clients
  • Perform internet research projects as assigned
  • Record client data in databases and spreadsheets

Qualifications and Skills (but not limited to):

  • Bachelors Degree (any field) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word)
  • Excellent phone manner 
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience a plus
  • Ability to use basic computer programs like excel and processes
  • Advanced communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial terminology highly desire
