Our small business client in Cambridge is looking for Business Development/Administrative Assistant to join their office to assist their principal.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide administrative support to principal
- Carryout business development task and projects as assigned
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff
- Making outgoing calls to existing and interested clients
- Perform internet research projects as assigned
- Record client data in databases and spreadsheets
Qualifications and Skills (but not limited to):
- Bachelors Degree (any field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word)
- Excellent phone manner
- Previous clerical or administrative experience a plus
- Ability to use basic computer programs like excel and processes
- Advanced communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of financial terminology highly desire
