Our client, a Boston-based University, is in need of a contract  Data Entry Assistant to assist The Data Strategy Team in their efforts to maximize the inputs and outputs of Advancement Data.

This is a full-time (Mon – Fri) temporary hybrid assignment which is expected to last a minimum of three months. The individual will work 3 days in the office including Mondays, with the worker given the option of selecting the other 2 onsite days. The remaining 2 days will involve virtual work.

Day to Day Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manual data clean up.

  • Reviewing data and organizing.

  • Updating employer information and records.

  • Updating familial records and statuses within the CRM (connecting sibling records, updating parent statuses, etc.).

  • Attaching gift proposals to the correct donor records.

  • Provide daily updates to their manager.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with data entry into a complex CRM system is a must.

  • Experience with Microsoft excel is a must.

  • Flexible and adaptable as projects and priorities can and will change regularly.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Salesforce experience preferred.
