Our University client in Boston is looking for a Customer/Admin Support Representative to provide assistance with student inquires via phone and email. This is a remote opportunity on a small remote support team. This is a contract role and a potential temp-to-perm opportunity. Only local candidates considered.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answer inbound calls and assist with student inquiries
  • Help answer curricular questions for first-term students
  • Log notes from calls/interactions to document conversations
  • Answer email inquiries from incoming students

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work from home and respond to a large number of calls with great professionalism
  • Bachelors’s degree is preferred
