Our client, a prestigious University based in Boston, is in need of a Temporary Federal Proposal Support/Administrator whose primary role will be to provide direct support of proposal preparation and submission. The position can be remote, although the individual must be based near the Greater Boston area/region.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Reporting to the Director of the University’s Computing and Computational Science and Engineering institute.
Advise and assist with the development and submission of a complex large-scale National Science Foundation (NSF) proposal, including working directly with the University administrative offices and federal and private funding agencies for sponsored research.
Requirements:
At minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Must have working knowledge of the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars and NSF funding guidelines.
Knowledge and experience with other major sponsors would be helpful as well.
The right individual will also support development of other proposals, as well as post-award transactions and reporting.
