Job description

Responsibilities include (But are not limited to):

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of research administration University Department, including pre/post-award functions for all grants and contracts
  • Manage 60 active awards
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a database of grant awards and monthly financial reporting for all funded projects
  • Oversee the development and submission of grant applications with Department faculty
  • Oversee department payroll transactions and discretionary spending
  • Corresponds with internal and external stakeholders to maintain active and prospect contracts

Qualifications and Skills Include (But are not limited to):

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must have prior experience managing contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
