Job description
Responsibilities include (But are not limited to):
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of research administration University Department, including pre/post-award functions for all grants and contracts
- Manage 60 active awards
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a database of grant awards and monthly financial reporting for all funded projects
- Oversee the development and submission of grant applications with Department faculty
- Oversee department payroll transactions and discretionary spending
- Corresponds with internal and external stakeholders to maintain active and prospect contracts
Qualifications and Skills Include (But are not limited to):
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have prior experience managing contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
