Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Developing and maintaining audit planning to aid Compliance Program and Operations Team with risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
Preparing monthly reporting, analysis and the underlying business processes for billing, payment plans and claims management
Developing, implementing and reviewing audit plans for internal controls
Budget creation and reconciliation
Assess and create metrics to benchmark progress and results
Extensive experience with revenue forecasting and recognition; cost-benefit analysis of profit and loss; year-end closing
Providing new and required training and professional development opportunities to direct reports
Working in conjunction with the clinical and operations teams in assuring compliance with established controls, guidelines and regulations
Manage and supervise office staff
Additional duties as needed
Requirements Include:
Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
4-7 years of related work experience, with previous work in the Accounting function
Demonstrated experience with financial analytics and reporting
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and project management experience
Internal Audit experience is preferred
Previous experience supervising/managing staff
