Our College Client is looking for a Marketing assistant to their marketing team and officers. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Manage project calendars and monitor campaigns
  • Coordinate, monitor and compile reports
  • Perform marketing research
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, calendar and approvals for Officers
  • Perform marketing and communications tasks as assigned by Officers
  • Answer office phones and assist callers as directed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 plus years work experience in marketing, communications or related field
  • Possess knowledge of effective integrated marketing communications strategies
  • Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of marketing data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of a content management system a plus (e.g. WordPress)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment working with multiple
