Our University client is looking for an Office Administrator with strong computer skillsThis is a temp role with the potential to become permanent. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinates various office support services including purchasing and facilities management.
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. (any field)
  • Prefer experience with Excel, SAP and Concur.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and basic presentation or database applications.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of common office equipment (phones, fax, postage machine, copier, PC, etc.)
