Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinates various office support services including purchasing and facilities management.
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- B.A./B.S. (any field)
- Prefer experience with Excel, SAP and Concur.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and basic presentation or database applications.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of common office equipment (phones, fax, postage machine, copier, PC, etc.)
