Job description
Our University client in Boston is looking for an Office Administrator for a contract role. Candidate must have prior experience with SAP, and preferably with SAP Concur.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Use of Concur to process expenses
- Coordinate various office support services
- Some Experience with purchasing and facilities management
- Ability to supervise other administrative staff
- Regular use and knowledge of common office equipment (phones, fax, postage machine, copier, PC etc.)
Qualifications:
- Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and basic presentation or database applications
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS (Any Field)
