Job description

Our University client in Boston is looking for an Office Administrator for a contract role. Candidate must have prior experience with SAP, and preferably with SAP Concur.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Use of Concur to process expenses
  • Coordinate various office support services
  • Some Experience with purchasing and facilities management
  • Ability to supervise other administrative staff
  • Regular use and knowledge of common office equipment (phones, fax, postage machine, copier, PC etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and basic presentation or database applications
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS (Any Field)
