Our University Client in Boston is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist their procurement team. This is a contract role with the potential to become permanent. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • One to three years of related administrative experience preferably in a university or customer service setting

  • First Point of contact for department contacts.

  • Work closely with and provide support to the Director.

  • Assist with the coordination, organization and execution of initiatives and special departmental projects.

  • Liaise with relevant departments to assist with office workflows.  

  • Supervise student workers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • One to three years of related administrative experience preferably in a university or customer service setting

  • Prior Experience in procurement is preferred.

  • Strong customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
