Our Arts Non-Profit client in Boston is looking for an Office and Development Assistant to join their team. This is a temp role with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Multitasking and being able to transition quickly from one task to another
  • Salesforce data entry and report-running
  • Assisting with contact management
  • Prioritizing and answering email inquiries
  • Scanning and filing receipts
  • Organizing files and records
  • Scheduling appointments and events

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. (any field) 
  • Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly
  • Experience with a customer relations management system (CRM), Salesforce is preferred 
  • Comfortable familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and via written correspondence
  • A friendly demeanour with great customer service skills
