Our client, a Boston-based University, is looking for a very detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as their contract Project Manager to work in the Graduate Business Admissions and Financial Aid Office to flawlessly review application materials and official auditing materials submitted as part of the application and enrollment process.
 
*This position can be on-site or remote.
 
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of application materials, contributing to the efficiency and integrity of the admissions processes.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 
1. Application Review:
• Process and review applications for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of information provided in application documents.
2. Document Auditing:
• Conduct thorough audits of official documents, including transcripts and exam scores.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies or missing information in submitted documents.
t parties to address any inquiries or issues related to application materials.
• Communicate effectively with the admissions team to ensure timely and accurate application review.
4. Data Entry:
• Enter and update applicant information in the admissions database accurately.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all processed applications.
Qualifications:
– Ba or BS degree
– Previous experience in application processing or a related field is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using database systems and basic computer applications.

**Experience in Higher Ed application processing strongly preferred
