Our client, a local University in Boston, is looking for an entry-level contract Administrative Assistant with good customer service skills. This is an onsite position for 40 hours a week. Only local candidates will be considered.

  • Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Working with logistical support for reserving rooms.
  • Sending out invitations to various events, activities, and affairs.
  • Ordering supplies coordinating schedules.
  • Supporting the school’s Community Center, with a focus on students who volunteer to work with community organizations.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Services skills a must.
  • Preference to someone with experience working with students.
  • Assoc. degree or college degree is preferred, although experience may offset the educational component.
