Our client is looking for a new member to be an important part of their Boston Office and Human Resources team!
As a true Office Manager and HR Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources, COO, and Director of the Boston Office. The Boston HR & Office Manager oversees all administrative, HR daily operations, and office services functions in the Boston office and collaborates with HR personnel in the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, socialization initiatives, and performance review procedures. This role serves as the first level of support to resolve general HR queries for staff in Boston as well as ensuring Boston staff follow all policies and procedures, and collaborate with the HR director on all office communications and HR activities.
Organization & Efficiency
- Ensures office policies, communications, and procedures are implemented appropriately.
- Coordinates hiring and onboarding procedures in collaboration with HR in New York Office headquarters.
- Provides special administrative support to the Director of the Boston Office, Partners and Principals as necessary.
- Oversees the procurement of office supplies inventory.
- Assist and collaborate with the Office of Human Resources as necessary.
Supports the implementation of office policies, operations, and procedures.
Coordinates with HR, and IT departments.
