Our Environment-Focused Financial Services client in Boston is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and flexible Office Manager to help troubleshoot, support, and manage a range of office needs. This is a contract role. This full-time position will be on-site. Immediate availability to interview and to begin working is needed. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain office set up by acting as liaison with outside vendors and building management (access cards, any issues that arise with the building, etc.)
  • Support new employee onboarding, including equipment ordering and installation
  • Support team members with travel arrangements and ad hoc administrative activities
  • Liaise with external IT service providers and help with new hire set-up
  • Handle mail and other correspondence to ensure timely delivery/processing
  • Organize and plan team and company-wide even
  • Take ownership of the overall organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the office, including ensuring conference rooms are properly set up, the kitchen is sufficiently stocked and supplies are on hand

Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to utilize sound judgment and integrity with confidential documents and processes
  • Flexible, problem-solving skills with a dedication to always getting it right
  • Interest in renewable energy a plus, as we are a mission-driven organization
  • Experience with Cloud-based software (Salesforce, GSuite, Box, etc.) is also a plus
