Our University client in Boston is looking for a Program Coordinator to support the multiples involved in an in-classroom moderator program. This is a fully remote contract role through December. Immediate availability to interview and to begin working is needed.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Participate on a team that serves as a resource for the other teams within CS&S (Service Desk, Client Technology Services, Learning & Event Technology Services, Service Management), leveraging technical expertise and logical problem-solving skills to understand business needs, analyze data, and strategies and objectives to maximize productivity and improvement of IT related processes across all departments within CS&S.
- Assist with managing the classroom moderators by interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and communicating with a large number of student employees (400+) who are working with faculty in the classroom.
- Assist with continual service improvements in a range of areas including: process and procedures, scheduling, software/hardware repair, vendor management, staff/student hiring, command center workflow, and project planning and implementation.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and provide advanced level support for various client-impacting technologies, specializing in desktop technologies.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

- MS Office proficiency, experience with any or all of the following desirable: Microsoft Teams and a service ticket system.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- B.A./B.S. in any field
