Our client, a well established finance and investment firm in Boston, is in need of an outstanding Private Wealth Operations Manager to help continue their mission of helping individuals and families navigate life’s financial complexities, and join their growing team.
As the Private Wealth Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our advisors and ensuring an outstanding client experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for client service, financial planning, and operational excellence.
This is a full-time onsite permanent position. (Mon. – Fri.)
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries.
- Manage account openings, maintenance, money movements, and custodial paperwork.
- Coordinate and follow up on client onboarding and transfer processes.
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure accurate data in CRM and portfolio systems.
Advisor Support
- Assist advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Track client deliverables, action items, and follow-ups.
- Ensure client records and documentation are compliant and up to date.
- Help implement financial plans and investment recommendations under advisor guidance.
Operational & Custodial Coordination
- Liaise with custodians and third-party service providers to resolve issues and process transactions.
- Monitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Maintain and improve internal systems and service procedures.
Team Contribution
- Jump in where needed — we’re a close-knit team that values flexibility and collaboration.
- Share insights, ideas, and solutions to help elevate the client and team experience.
- Stay current on industry best practices, compliance developments, and operational tools.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in client service or operations.
- Series 65 or Series 66 license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re warm, professional, and able to build trust.
- A strategic problem-solver who anticipates needs and follows through with precision.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A mindset of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for learning new technology.
- Proficiency with CRM and portfolio management systems; familiarity with platforms. like Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions, Schwab, or Black Diamond a plus.

Compensation: Salary range between $100,000 – $130,000 annually.
