Our client, a well-established finance and investment firm located on the South Shore, is in need of a detail oriented, client friendly contract Receptionist/Office Manager. This is a full-time (40 hrs a week) position, with the possibility of transitioning from a temporary job to a permanent post.
The position is on-site and you must have a car, due to its proximity, although there is also free parking. The position is paying $29 an hour.
In this role, you will
- Answer busy phones and direct clients to the appropriate designee, in addition to answering inquiries.
- Handle multi-schedules and travel arrangements for team members and executive-level partners.
- Arrange meetings with clients looking for either financial planning or investment services.
- Provide five-star customer service to all clients.
- Serve at the Front Desk, bringing a positive and professional attitude as you welcome and greet guests and other visitors.
- Ensure a clean and professional front office space.
- Respond to inquiries and emails as directed.
- Handle additional administrative duties including filing, mail distribution, preparing paperwork for clients, assisting with reports, and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A college degree.
- 1-4 years office and administrative experience.
- Highly-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully multi-task.
- Handle busy phones and handle client calls and inquiries with the utmost discretion.
- Must have great people skills in order to provide the highest level of customer service to all of our clients.
- Great computer and office skills including experience with MS Suite as well as Outlook.
