A small office in Brookline is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support their team. This is initially a contract role.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Answers and routes incoming phone calls.
- Takes and relays telephone messages.
- Drafts letters and responds to email inquiries.
- Prints and files paperwork.
- Assists staff with projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills (include but are not limited to):
- Associates degree (Bachelors Preferred)
- Has the ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Shows patience and courtesy when dealing with people.
