Sales Service Representative

Our client is searching for a contract Sales Service Representative in the Newton, MA area, with SAP experience. They must also be a team player who is professional, with great attention to details, and who is self-motivated.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• The job holder must carry out the following specific tasks as they relate to the territory including the US and Canada.
• Process all customer orders in SAP and in time for each month end close.
• Handle customer inquiries concerning orders, inventory availability, and pricing.
• Coordinate shipments from warehouses and from manufacturing plants.
• Maintain communication and documentation according to company deadlines.
• Process invoices and communicate with customers regarding the payment of invoices.
• Provide necessary sales support to the Regional Sales Managers.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers in the maintenance of SAP contract status and annual
budget – volumes and prices.

Requirements
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Good communications skills and grammatical accuracy
• Required experience in SAP software
• Team oriented, well organized, and self-motivated
