Our business client in Boston is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator with strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail to support their administrative functions. This is a contract role with the potential to become permanent at a family owned and operated company.
 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answer inbound emails, phone calls and texts from customers
  • Coordinates and monitors client appointments
  • Collaborates with other schedulers and other administrative support staff
  • Schedules technician services at locations across Boston metropolitan area
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of MS Office programs 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree may be substituted for the required experience
  •
