The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years solid experience working as a Recruiter in a Temporary Staffing Firm.
- Possess strong problem solving, critical thinking skills and problem resolution skills.
- Be able to recruit, screen, and retain the best candidates to exceed our client’s needs.
- Have compelling management skills with ability to develop relations, build trust and credibility
with both candidates and clients
- Be an excellent communicator both written and verbally.
- Be a quick learner, flexible, a multi-tasker with a business results driven attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Posting job advertisements
- Placing qualified candidates in positions and managing them after placement
- Working closely with clients to provide them with a great experience in terms of each
- Some traditional office duties
- 3-5 years experience as a Temp Agency Recruiter
- Have a college degree
- Managed staff
- Have a good understanding of how business operates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
