Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Supports one or more mid to senior-level managers
Provides assistance, training to other administrative staff; may supervise other staff
Communicates effectively orally and in writing by answering emails, responding to phone calls, and greeting customers in person
Provides administrative event support and customer service support
Manages projects in addition to composing reports and preparing/editing presentations
Recommends or makes purchase decisions
Performs more complex administrative activities including income reconciliation and budgetary reporting, coordinating all expense and budget related documents
Additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in person, over phone, and via email
Solid understanding of MS Office programs
Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking
Ability to adapt to changes in the departmental needs
Specialized industry skill/knowledge or knowledge of foreign languages is useful, but not required.
BA/BS in any field
