Productivity is a Process

by Jun 4, 2019

Even when you have effective methods for getting work done, the process of being more productive is an ongoing one. It may be tempting to fall into an “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” mindset, but there are usually better ways of doing things.  Many simply require adapting ideas you’ve seen elsewhere through trial and error. Others are only newly available through the arrival of new resources, such as additional staff or a new technology. New software applications or improved feature on old ones can include time savers and allow completely new opportunities to develop.  In short, don’t get set in your ways, as productivity is a process.
