Reporting your weekly hours
Time and Pay
In order to receive your (weekly) direct deposit on time, our payroll company MUST have an
email telling them the number of hours you worked that week, preferably on Friday but no later
than Sunday at 5 p.m.
You can email your work hours to your onsite Supervisor for review and
approval, and make sure to cc it to our payroll company at: payroll@bostoncontemporaries.com
However, if they do not receive the email until Monday morning or later, you will have to wait a
week for your pay.
Submit your Time
Submit your timecard via email to payroll@bostoncontemporaries.com
Please ensure that your timecard has been signed by your supervisor and submitted by Friday every week.
