Our client, a local Boston-based University, needs a contract Assistant Registrar.

In this position, the right individual will:

  • Support the front office, including answering the phone, responding to email, and helping students who walk in.
  • Fulfill records requests, producing transcripts and enrollment verifications, complete forms, manage enrollment requests, and review applicants for visiting rotations for eligibility.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of related experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree and experience working with diverse populations is a strong plus.
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail, strong technical skills, practice professional communication, and strong customer service skills.
