Our client, a University located in Boston, is in need of a temporary (6 months), Business System Analyst for Jaggaer/Workday to assist the school’s Information Technology Team (ITS) as they begin assuming full administrative ownership of Jaggaer, the university’s procure-to-pay platform, by June 30, 2025.
The Analyst will close an active security gap — restricting system access to ITS-only personnel within the required four-week remediation window — while documenting current-state workflows, validating the ownership model with business stakeholders, and driving go-live readiness.
The University is looking for an experienced contractor to support access remediation, workflow documentation, and go-live readiness alongside the ITS ERP Applications team.
Hybrid work schedule: This role is hybrid with on-site presence in the Boston office as needed to support the transition. Typically, the work requires 3 days onsite and two days working remotely.
Other duties as required: This role requires flexibility to support evolving transition needs, including cross-functional coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement as the go-live date approaches.
