Excellence is something we hone and cultivate; it is the best example of delayed gratification I can possibly think of. Excellence takes work, and we never reach the “top” of Excellence as there are always new levels to strive for and achieve. Each choice you make in life (whether professional or personal) should propel you toward excellence.
