Oftentimes when we fear something, we make it much bigger in our minds than it really is. It’s better to be realistic about what that fear is, then use it as a motivation to push forward and overcome it. Fear is a part of everyone’s psyche, and can play a big role in our jobs. It’s important to remember to stay rational, and push forward.
