Wednesday Wellness: Beginnings

It may be the middle of the week, but remember that any day–every day–can offer up a fresh, new start. Whether your week so far has been horrible or wonderful, take a moment to appreciate the present. And let that positive energy guide you forward. The affirmations we’ve collected for today will help you begin anew in entering the rest of your week:
- “Today I abandon my old habits and take up new, more positive ones.”
- “As the past is released, the present is more glorious.”
- “I greet today with calmness and confidence.”
Focus on what you can do in the here and the now. Each day brims with opportunity. It may feel like change is difficult to enact, but you’ve already discovered ways to forge new futures through every action you’ve undertaken. Hang onto what’s been useful while allowing yourself to see the potential that lies ahead of you. And check back tomorrow for even more ways to allow others to see that stellar potential within you at your workplace.
