Welcome back! Fall is here, and it’s here to stay! Along with the equinox arriving tomorrow morning, a chill has settled into the air. Which is why this week we’re focusing on warming up–and we’re not just talking in terms of temperature. Autumn often serves as a transition period, a time of new beginnings, and new opportunities to get started. Whether it’s warming up to a new workplace environment or properly warming up before a job interview so that you can give your ideal performance, this week we’ve got you covered. Rather than viewing transitions solely as challenges, consider, too, their positive elements, the gifts and joys that they can offer up.
