Try something with equal protein and carbs to avoid blood sugar spikes (and drops).” Get your workday off to a great start by eating breakfast. Then make sure to keep your brain and body fueled as you continue to work throughout the day! This also serves as another great opportunity to connect with your co-workers while also taking on a leadership role–remind your colleagues to keep eating! You can also share your favorite recipes, further fostering a sense of community in any professional environment. Remember, too, to be mindful of any messes you’re making along the way. Let your meals serve as fueling sessions for you rather than distractions to your coworkers. Keeping your workspace tidy will also help give you a boost of energy during your work day.
