Monday Mood Booster: Return
Welcome back! While it’s important to live in the present and be mindful in completing your work, it’s also necessary to think about the future. There will come a time when you’ll need to get back into the normal swing of things; take a moment now to start strategizing that return. This week we’ll be focusing on ways to support you in that endeavor, starting with the sayings we’re highlighting below:

Remember to appreciate both what you already have, and what it is that you have to look forward to tomorrow. We know that in the midst of these unprecedented circumstances, you might feel as if it’s difficult to see a light at the end of the tunnel. But that light is there! Prepare for your journey forward by figuring out what you can let go of, as well as what you can look forward to.
