Wednesday Wellness: Community

Welcome back to Wednesday Wellness! Whether already you realize it or not, you are a powerful force for change within your communities. Your presence impacts the lives of others. Though simply being there may not feel like doing much, remember that being an active listener for a coworker, you’re providing them with an ample amount of support that will strengthen your workplace community. Check out the sayings we’ve curated for you today to focus those energies on both what you’re already doing and the changes you can create:
- “I am feeling tremendous loving, joyful, and creative energy when I speak from a place of already seeing people in their greatness.”
- “I believe wholeheartedly that I am part of the solution in my life and in my world.”
- “I trust in my ability to contribute.”
In this interconnected world, we’re glad you’ve chosen to take this journey with us. And we know you’re already a positive presence in both your workplace and beyond. Keep the above affirmations in mind and remember your strength to enhance those positive attributes you already possess. You can and will make a difference. Trust and believe in your ability to contribute, and meet people where they’re at to figure out how you can best effect professional changes–together. Join us again tomorrow as we consider ways to improve your professional environment, no matter if it’s remote or in person.
