Getting To Know Your Staffing Agency

Donna Fitzgerald, our CEO and Founder, worked in the staffing and HR industry for 10 years before opening Contemporaries. She discovered areas of improvement in the industry, ways in which to make staffing placements better for both clients and candidates, not just one or the other. As a result, she opened her own staffing firm which has been in operation since 1998. So we know what we’re doing!
Over those 30 years, Donna has been able to form strong relationships with organizations across the private sector, colleges and universities, non-profits and government entities. Taking those decades to build up these relationships means that we can move quickly in the here and now when finding you a job placement. You should also know that you’re not just a number to us! Just as we’ve taken the time to develop nuanced relationships with our clients, we’re also committed to setting you up for success. We champion every candidate that we put forward for a placement and then make sure to check in with you regularly in ensure your placement is the right match.
So if you’re a job seeker out there (or if you’re one of our candidates and know someone in need of a position!), know that you’ve made the right choice in coming to Contemporaries.
