Monday Mood Booster: Warm

Welcome back! Fall is here, and it’s here to stay! Along with the equinox arriving tomorrow morning, a chill has settled into the air. Which is why this week we’re focusing on warming up–and we’re not just talking in terms of temperature. Autumn often serves as a transition period, a time of new beginnings, and new opportunities to get started. Whether it’s warming up to a new workplace environment or properly warming up before a job interview so that you can give your ideal performance, this week we’ve got you covered. And to kick things off, we’ve assembled the following sayings that are to sure to put you in the right mindset:
- “I open my hands to the gifts of change.”
- “I release resistance to change, and embrace what this new season has in store for me.”
- “As the seasons change, I embrace transition with joyful anticipation.”
Rather than viewing transitions solely as challenges, consider, too, their positive elements, the gifts and joys that they can offer up. As you warm up to these changes, you’ll learn and grow within your workplace. Keep an open mind to the opportunities that change offers up! That way when change does come your way, much like an athlete at the starting line of a race, you’ll already be warmed up and ready to professionally hit the ground running. Check back in tomorrow for even more concrete ways to do just that!
