Quote of the Day: Eric Thomas

by Sep 4, 2018

What you envision in your mind, how you see yourself, and how you envision the world around you is of great importance because those things become your focus.

-Eric Thomas

It’s true that there are so many things that are out of our control, but one thing we can control is our perspective on things. While seeing things negatively or in a pessimistic light can feel easy, it’s important to try to see things as positively as possible. This is especially true about how you see yourself.
Remember to cut yourself some slack, and actively remind yourself of the positive things you’ve accomplished and will accomplish.
Today’s quote brought to you by Thoughtful Mind.
