Quote of the Day: There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them

by Jan 15, 2019

Changing your situation at work requires taking responsibility for the changes sought. Supervisors will often take an ‘if it isn’t broken don’t fix it’ approach to things, so sometimes all you need to do is point out the break and how you’d repair or change things. But not all change is quick or easy, for instance, you may need to take night classes for years to gain the skills you need to advance or change careers. Each of these examples involves making the choice to accept responsibility for change that Denis Waitley suggests.

There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.
