Wednesday Wellness: Hope

Happy Hump Day! You’ve made it to the middle of the week and you can make it through the rest of what your work week has in store–and anything the world throws your way. Just as spring provides a chance for new growth after the cold and darkness of winter, keep your chin up and an eye out for the light at the end of the tunnel. We’ve collected a few short and sweet sayings for today’s Wednesday Wellness just in case you need an extra bit of hopeful strength today:

 

 

There might be a lot that is out of your control right now; know that that’s a phenomenon everyone is experiencing together. It’s important to find what strength and comfort you can in the choices that you CAN make. Choose hope.
